Our Founder
Lucy Moroney is an award-winning, Sydney-born Architect registered in NSW, QLD, and the UK. She is dedicated to helping people redefine what it means to own a home in today’s market. Trained at the Architectural Association in London, Lucy brings an international perspective on density, efficiency, and community-focused design to Australia, helping local homeowners navigate the same housing challenges she once addressed in the UK.
Recognising that the traditional path to homeownership and the standard way of using a suburban block is becoming difficult for many, Lucy specialises in bespoke, high-performance reconfigurations. She approaches every project with a sensitive spatial efficiency mindset, ensuring that every design choice is intentional. Whether you are a downsizer looking to stay in your community without the burden of a large property, a family needing a home that evolves for your changing needs, or a group looking to pool resources for shared ownership, Lucy provides the strategy and expertise to make these alternatives a reality.
